About KhaleejCalc
KhaleejCalc is a free website that helps workers and employers in the Gulf understand the money they are owed under the labour laws of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. "Khaleej" is the Arabic word for the Gulf.
Why we built this site
Most people working in the Gulf come from other countries. Labour laws are long, often published in Arabic first, and they change. When a contract ends, many workers do not know if their gratuity or final settlement is correct. We wanted one simple place where anyone can enter a few numbers and see a clear answer with the formula behind it.
How we create our calculators
- We read the official labour law and executive regulations of each country, plus guidance from the relevant ministry.
- Every calculator shows the formula and worked examples so you can check the result yourself.
- We review pages when laws change and show the "last updated" date on each tool.
Your privacy
All calculations run inside your own browser. We do not ask for your name, and we do not store the salary or dates you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Important note
Our results are estimates for general guidance. They are not legal advice. Your contract, company policy, a free zone regulation or a court decision may give a different amount. For an official answer, contact the labour ministry in your country of work.
